Pro: $12/month. Includes 200 credits per month (~100 searches). Ideal for regular shoppers and comparison needs. Includes priority processing.
Pro+: $39/month. Includes 1,000 credits per month (~500 searches). Designed for power users who need extensive search capabilities and Task Automation.

Credits are the universal currency on Cheqq. Instead of limiting number of searches, we use a credit system so you can use the features that matter most to you.

Your credit balance resets monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your account settings. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll only pay for the days remaining in your current billing period. If you downgrade, your new plan takes effect on your next renewal date.

If you run out of credits, you can upgrade to a higher plan for more credits, wait until your credits reset on your billing date, or purchase additional credit packs (available for Pro and Pro+ users). Free tier users are limited to prevent abuse, but can still perform up to ~10 searches per month.

Currently, we offer monthly billing. Annual plans with discounts are coming soon. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

We charge your payment method on the same day each month. Your billing date is the day you created your account or upgraded to a paid plan. You'll receive an email invoice after each charge.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are processed securely through our payment partner.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund your payment. After 7 days, unused credits do not carry over and cannot be refunded, but you can cancel your subscription anytime.

You can update your payment method anytime in your account settings. Navigate to the 'Billing' tab, click 'Manage subscription' to visit your Customer dashboard and change your payment method. Your new card will be used for the next billing cycle.

If your payment fails, we'll notify you via email immediately. Your subscription won't be cancelled—you'll have 3 days to update your payment method. After 3 days, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You can re-activate your paid plan anytime by updating your payment information.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. You can cancel from your account settings or contact support.

Absolutely. If you cancel and want to reactivate, simply upgrade your plan from your account settings. Your Pro or Pro+ plan will be restored immediately, and credits will reset on your new billing date.

Yes, you'll receive an email invoice after each charge. You can also download past invoices from your account settings under 'Billing history'.

Both tiers include our powerful search and comparison features, but Pro+ is designed for heavy usage and automation:

Pro ($12): 200 credits/mo. Great for personal shopping and research.
Pro+ ($39): 1,000 credits/mo (5x more capacity). Includes Task Automation for scheduling searches and price monitoring/alerts, priority email support, and early access to beta features.

Most searches return results within 3-5 seconds. Complex comparisons may take up to 10 seconds as we check multiple retailers and sources. Discovery (AI recommendations) typically takes 8-15 seconds depending on complexity.

Yes, Cheqq is fully responsive and works on all devices. We also offer a browser extension for Chrome and Firefox that integrates price comparisons directly into shopping websites.

We fetch prices in real-time from retailer websites and APIs. Prices update continuously, but if you click through to a retailer and the price differs, the retailer's price takes precedence—please let us know so we can investigate.

When you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate. After 30 days, you can request permanent deletion from your account settings. All your data will be securely deleted and cannot be recovered.
