Pricing questions
What counts as an AI credit?
Credits are spent when a model actually runs — an agent turn, an AI workflow step, a Field Agent filling cells, an image or a video. Deterministic workflow steps do not consume credits, which is why a system that runs every day can still cost very little.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Deterministic automations keep running. Only the AI parts pause, and you can top up with a credit pack or move to a larger plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing is switched off.
Is pricing per seat?
Yes, on paid plans — credits, workflow step-runs, storage and generated artifacts scale with each seat you add, so a bigger team gets proportionally more of everything.
Can I bring my own model keys?
On Pro and Business. Connect an OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or OpenRouter key and pay your provider directly — Cheqq does not mark up inference. Shared workspace keys are in early access on Business.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan includes AI credits, Wapps, live apps, active workflows and the browser extension, with no card required.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing settings at any point; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
