Terms of Service

By accessing or using Cheqq, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Cheqq provides software and AI-assisted tools for building, running, and managing Wapps, workflows, collections, automations, browser-assisted actions, and AI email-driven operations. Features may change over time, and some functionality may be offered on a trial, beta, free, or paid basis.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use Cheqq only on behalf of yourself or an entity you are authorized to represent. You are responsible for your account, your workspace, and activities that occur under your credentials.

• Keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs, automations, extracted data, replies, and workflow logic before relying on them in important contexts.
• Maintain appropriate permissions and notices for any email, files, records, contacts, websites, or third-party services you connect to Cheqq.
• Monitor your Wapps and automations for accuracy, especially before using them in customer-facing, financial, legal, employment, or compliance-sensitive workflows.

• Use Cheqq only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, and third-party terms.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Cheqq, other users' accounts, connected services, or underlying systems.
• Do not interfere with the service, bypass rate limits, probe security weaknesses, or introduce malware or harmful code.
• Do not use Cheqq to harass, abuse, defraud, impersonate, spam, or violate the rights of others.
• Do not submit or automate content that you do not have the right to use, process, transmit, or instruct Cheqq to process.
• Do not use Cheqq to build or operate unlawful workflows, deceptive automations, or systems intended to cause harm.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Cheqq, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, modify, process, transmit, and display your content solely as necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support Cheqq.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, notices, and consents needed for the data, files, websites, messages, records, contacts, and services you connect to or process through Cheqq.

Cheqq may use AI to generate replies, summaries, fields, workflows, recommendations, or other outputs. Those outputs may be probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable actions.

• Cheqq may generate incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or unexpected outputs.
• Third-party integrations, AI providers, browser contexts, and email systems may fail, change behavior, rate limit requests, or become unavailable.
• You are responsible for verifying outputs before using them in real-world decisions or actions.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to publish, send, execute, rely on, or operationalize any AI output or automation.

Some Cheqq features interact with third-party products and communication systems, including email, calendars, websites, browsers, SaaS apps, and APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and they may change or become unavailable at any time.

If you use Cheqq-managed email addresses, browser companion features, or third-party integrations, you are responsible for the actions configured in your workspace and for ensuring those actions are lawful and appropriate.

Some parts of Cheqq may require payment now or in the future. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, and renewal charges in accordance with the plan terms shown at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may label certain features as alpha, beta, preview, or experimental. Those features may be incomplete, changed, interrupted, or removed at any time and may be subject to additional limits.

Cheqq and its underlying software, models, designs, trademarks, branding, and service components are owned by Cheqq or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the service.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Cheqq if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for users or the service, failed to pay fees, or if continued access would expose Cheqq to legal, security, or operational harm.

You may stop using Cheqq at any time. Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination, including ownership, payment, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and dispute-related terms.

Cheqq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheqq and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, business opportunities, or data arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to Cheqq will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Cheqq in the 12 months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cheqq and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your Wapps, your automations, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of Cheqq after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
