Cheqq for Founders

You built the product. Now you are every department in it.

Not tools you have to operate — functions that operate themselves. A sales desk that chases, a finance function that reconciles, an ops layer that catches what slips. You describe each one once, and then it just runs.

Say it, and it exists

Each of these started as one sentence. Yours starts the same way.

Turn my voice notes into a decision log I can search by topic and date
Thinking out loud

Turn the voice note into something searchable.

The decisions that matter get made in a car park and lost by Friday. Describe how you want them kept and you get a log you can actually search six months later.

Being seen

Know when the internet mentions you.

It watches the places your customers actually talk, tells you what was said, and drafts a reply in your voice — which you approve, or do not.

Take applications, score them against this job spec with reasoning, and shortlist the top 5
Hiring

A pipeline for the role you are about to post.

Applications in, screened against what you actually care about, scored with reasoning you can read, shortlist on your desk. Built the week you need it and archived the week you do not.

A market-sizing slide with segment figures and a supporting chart.
Draft this month's investor update from our revenue, roadmap and hiring
Raising

The investor update, assembled not written.

The numbers already exist in three places. It pulls them together, drafts the narrative around them, and puts it in your brand — so the monthly update stops being a Sunday evening.

Leverage

The team you cannot afford yet.

Each system you build comes with an agent that knows it. Ask one question and the right one answers — which is most of what you wanted from a hire, without the hiring.

Plugs into what you already use

Connect once, then use them from any automation — no exports, no copy-pasting.

  • GmailThe inbox is where most of it starts. Point Cheqq at it.
  • StripeRevenue, subscriptions and customers, without a reporting tool.
  • Google WorkspaceDocs, Sheets and Calendar you already live in.
  • NotionYour notes and docs, readable by the agent that runs the rest.
  • LinearIssues and cycles, if you are shipping software too.
  • Anything elseBring any REST API or MCP server — no waiting for an integration.

Questions from founders

I am one person. Is this too much product?

It is the opposite problem it solves. One person cannot maintain five subscriptions that need connecting; a single workspace where the data, the automation and the report are the same thing is what makes running all of it feasible alone.

How long before it is actually useful?

Install a template and it arrives working — its tables, automations and agent already wired together. Forwarding your first receipt or lead into it takes about a minute.

What does it cost to keep running?

Very little, because the day-to-day is deterministic and uses no AI. Credits are spent when a model actually runs — building something, or an AI column doing research. The free plan is enough to see whether it works for you.

What if I outgrow how I set it up?

You change it by describing the change, the same way you built it. Nothing is locked: records export, apps roll back, and every agent turn can be restored if a change was wrong.
