Referral flattens at month 12because each customer's term rolls off as fast as you refer new ones; Delivery Partner keeps compounding because it pays for as long as you look after the account. Annual plans are shown at their monthly equivalent. Assumes customers stay subscribed — some won't, so discount accordingly.
The mechanics, in plain terms
- Attribution
- Your partner link sets a 90-day window. Any account that signs up in that window is credited to you, on last touch.
- When the clock starts
- On the account's first paid invoice, not at signup. Free accounts earn no commission, and neither do trials that never convert.
- What you're paid on
- Subscription revenue the customer actually pays, after any discount, tax, and payment processing — never on list price.
- Monthly vs annual
- Referral pays 20% either way. Delivery pays 30% on monthly and 25% on annual, because an annual plan has already discounted the seat.
- What's excluded
- One-time charges and AI credit packs. Also: accounts that already exist, or are already in an active conversation with us when you introduce them.
- Getting paid
- Monthly, 30 days after the customer's payment clears, once your balance passes $50. If a customer refunds, that commission is reversed from your next payout — never below zero.
Heavy use
A small number of accounts cost far more to run than their plan assumes. On those, commission is capped at a share of what the account actually earned. If it ever applies we send you the calculation — it never affects accounts on standard usage.
